How do I update my game page?
Correct your source data or override parts of a claimed player.gg page.
Check where the information comes from#
Open your game page on player.gg and find Data sourced from at the bottom of the game information sidebar. The IGDB and Steam links there take you to the exact pages supplying your game’s information.
Correct the information at its source whenever possible. Submit catalog corrections through the linked IGDB page, or update your Steam store page through Steamworks. This keeps the information accurate anywhere that source is used, not only on player.gg.
Refresh changes from Steam#
Steam changes can take time to reach player.gg. After updating your Steam store page, open Settings → Player.gg, find Data Sources, and select Refresh Sources. If the latest information is not available yet, try Refresh Sources again later.
Use a manual override as a fallback#
After claiming the game through FirstLook, open Settings → Player.gg → Manual Configuration to override selected text or media. Manual values take priority over Steam and IGDB, so use them when a source cannot be corrected or you need player.gg-specific content.
See Your game page for source connection and override details.
