List your game on player.gg

Claim your game, connect its data, and publish it for players to discover.

Claim and connect your game#

Create a free FirstLook studio account and add the game you manage. If the game already has a player.gg page, claiming it connects that page to your FirstLook instance and gives you control of its sign-ups.

Before listing a game that is on Steam, you must verify that you control its App ID. Open Settings → Steam and add your Steam Publisher WebAPI Key. Saving the key verifies the App ID and marks the player.gg listing as trusted.

The Steamworks integration guide explains how to create and connect the key.

Publish your listing#

Once any required Steam verification is complete, open Settings → Player.gg and turn on List my game on Player.gg. Choose the current sign-up status and confirm that players will enter the intended FirstLook flow.

Let your existing pages do the work#

Connect Steam or IGDB so player.gg can populate your description, media, genres, store links, and other game details automatically. Add a playtesting event if you have a specific test window to promote.

The complete player.gg listing guide covers source connections, one-click sign-ups, events, confidential games, and everything to check before publishing.

Before listing, review the player.gg listing guidelines.
