“For accessibility, I give RESONANCE: A Plague Tale Legacy a 7/10. It loses points for limited accessibility for blind players, but the features that are present do a decent job. Most importantly, its colour adjustment system demonstrates a genuinely useful approach that more games should consider.”

“Resonance takes A Plague Tale in a bold new direction, replacing the rat hordes with satisfying melee combat, light-based puzzles and rewarding exploration. Sophia carries the leading role well, while the connection between Greek mythology and the Prima Macula expands the series’ lore in meaningful ways. Its repetitive puzzle design, automatic targeting and weaker final act hold it back, but the impressive visuals, strong atmosphere and excellent soundtrack make it a worthwhile addition to the series.”
