randymarrgames
The more I revisit this game, the more I wonder if it really is as good as I remember it being. And maybe it's not. But man, when I first played this in 2009, it changed my world. Top notch JRPG gameplay, an overwhelmingly charming visual presentation, and a very raw story that isn't afraid to get down and dirty with the state of being human all combined into this total masterpiece of PS2 gaming. It has it's flaws, and somethings maybe haven't "aged" well, certainly. But, MAN, everything about this game consumed me in my late college years. And that soundtrack!
I Think Everybody Should Play These Games!
If I had my own Criterion collection, these would be the highlights. Everyone should play these games.
