Vindictus

About This Game

Death, like yesterday, came in shades of crimson today. Answer me, Goddess. Where is Paradise?

My enemies have ceased to breathe, their lungs torn asunder. Yet, Morrighan... even here, there was no Paradise.

Brutal, Realistic Combat

Vindictus establishes a new standard for Action RPGs, where the sensation of every hit defines the battle. Utilizing a precise non-targeting combat system, you must master the weight of your weapon and the exact trajectory of your swings to dominate the field. The environment itself is your arsenal; with precise and realistic physics, you can shatter pillars to crush monsters, wield broken timber as a weapon, or sever bridge ropes to send foes plummeting into the abyss. This is not just any ordinary combat; it is a fully interactive battlefield where every choice has a physical impact.

Immersive World Experience

Step into a breathtaking world brought to life with dynamic lighting and atmospheric depth. Your journey will take you across diverse landscapes, from calm, open meadows to ancient castles and desolate, endless deserts. Experience a visual journey where every environment and every sky is different.

Forging an Unique Identity

In the world of Vindictus, individuality is not a choice but a necessity. Break away from the identical looks of heroes with an expansive customization system offering various unique combinations. You have the freedom to fine-tune every detail of your character, from physique and skin tone to intricate body paintings and facial features. Whether you desire breathtaking beauty or a fierce, battle-hardened visage, your character will stand as a truly unique presence among others.

Worldview: The Legend of Erinn

In a rough and silent land, humanity clings to survival and a single, burning promise: the Legend of Erinn. For generations, they have waited for Morrighan, the black-winged goddess who is prophesied to lead them to Paradise once the Fomors are vanquished. Yet, as the blood of enemies spills to open the gates to salvation, the line between prophecy and despair blurs. Is the legend a truth waiting to be fulfilled, or a dream that will never come to pass? The answer lies at the end of your blade.

"Destroy the Fomors. Their blood will open the gates to Erinn. On the day the last drop of blood is shed, The Goddess shall stand before you."
