About This Game

Chaos Coin is a roguelike coinbuilder with lane-based tactical combat. Flip your coins to determine your actions in battle, and play them to shove, evade, and attack the forces of Chaos.

Your coins flip over between turns, and enemy coins flip randomly, so you need to plan ahead and adapt as battles progress. Between battles, you'll gain new coin faces and upgrades to replace the actions on your coins, with unique coins available to each character. What powerful combinations of coins will you build? Can you position your units as well as your enemies correctly to use them?

  • Coin Building | Each side of every coin has a different action. Find new coin faces from combat rewards and non-combat events to replace old actions with stronger ones.

  • Lane-Based Tactics | Different coins target different lanes, based on their user's position or the coin's order in the turn. Manipulate player and enemy unit positions as well as coin order to optimize each coin's effectiveness.

  • Unique Characters & Coins | Each player character's coins are unique, with split upgrade paths leading to lots of combinations. Recruit helper coins and find pennies to gain additional passive skills.

  • Challenges & Replayability | Unlock new characters and collect 70+ player coin faces. Randomize runs with difficulty modifiers and alternate character loadouts. Can you win a run with every character pair?
