About the Game

Step into the boots of a firefighter and battle raging wildfires around the world. Work solo or in co-op to rescue civilians, command vehicles, and outsmart dynamic, fast-spreading fires.

Climate change is making wildfires more extreme and more frequent in many parts of the world. Firefighters are always on the front lines helping communities. Experience the intensity of being a firefighter up close to the danger and face megafires in Rescue Ops: Wildfire, solo or in co-op.

You’ve been called to respond! Assess the situation and take to the skies in your helicopter. Once ready, head to the scene of the incident behind the wheel of your French wildland fire engine. 

Your first priority? Rescue any civilians who may be trapped. Locate them, assess their injuries, and provide appropriate care before guiding them to safety. Get ready to battle the blaze like a boss! Hack through trees, wield your clearing tools, ignite tactical backfires, master your hose systems, and stay sharp on water levels to outmaneuver the flames!

Need help? Request tactical support! Call in water bomber planes, have a water supply delivered by helicopter, or request ground support with attack or defense lines.

Feel the heat! Quick reflexes and slick strategy are key to mastering the blaze and saving it all in two pulse-pounding game modes:

• Put yourself in the shoes of a firefighter deployed for a fire season like no other. The immersive campaign mode will guide you through various missions, solo or in a squad of 2 to 4 players.

• Organize your team in our sandbox mode. Use everything that you have learned. With random objectives and a dynamic fire simulation, every mission is unique. This time, you have to plan it all — each choice matters to minimize the damage.

No two fires are the same! Our dynamic fire system takes into consideration factors such as wind strength and direction. Each intervention will test your nerves and your ability to adapt. Are you ready to take on the challenge?

• Fight to control massive wildfires, alone or with friends from around the world.

• Face a dynamic, large scale fire system with realistic behavior, which can spread across vast hectares of terrain.

• Manage your team to adopt the best strategy in two different modes: campaign and sandbox.

• Operate a fleet of firefighting vehicles – take control of ground and aerial units, including fire engines and helicopters.

• Call in tactical support to gain the upper hand: deploy water bombers, have a water supply delivered or ask for ground support to establish an attack or defense line.

• Gear up with cutting-edge equipment, developed with the support and expertise of French firefighters. 

• Charge into maps inspired by the world’s wildest regions—each with unique terrain and challenges. Discover strategies specific to each region.
