A brutal action metroidvania set in a world where reality is breaking apart. Battle biomechanical mutants, traverse shifting landscapes, and uncover fragments of your lost mind as you push deeper into a twisted post-apocalyptic nightmare.
Enter a brutal post-apocalyptic world inspired by the visionary universe of the metal band Voivod. In this action-adventure Metroidvania, you’ll battle biomechanical horrors, explore shifting landscapes, and piece together a reality that’s rapidly falling apart.
You are the Voivod, a warrior lost in a nightmarish wasteland of nuclear devastation, mechanical horrors, and shifting dimensions. Your body is constantly mutating, and in the process, you have lost your mind. Now, guided by your disembodied consciousness, Nothingface, you must recover fragments of your memory scattered across this surreal world. Only when all pieces are found can you hope to escape this cosmic horror.

Explore war-torn landscapes, infiltrate cybernetic fortresses, and battle against twisted creatures drawn from Voivod’s intricate mythology. Each environment and enemy is crafted to reflect the band’s unique sci-fi aesthetic, immersing players in a journey that is both chaotic and exhilarating.
Fast-Paced Run-and-Gun Combat – Shoot, slash, and blast your way through hordes of cybernetic abominations and intergalactic warlords.
Metroidvania-Style Exploration – Unlock new weapons and abilities to navigate a fractured reality and uncover hidden paths.
Voivod-Inspired Boss Fights – Face off against monstrous beings inspired by Voivod’s iconic album artwork.
A Retro Pixel-Art Aesthetic – Gritty and atmospheric, evoking the classic era of 90s action-platformers.
A Unique Voivodian Soundtrack – Features reworked tracks from Voivod’s current lineup, carefully adapted to fit a vintage video game aesthetic.

This game is more than just an adaptation—it’s a full collaboration with Voivod. The band is actively involved in ensuring that the world, music, and artistic vision stay true to their universe.
Michel Langevin (Away) contributes to the game’s visual design and artwork.
Daniel Mongrain (Chewy) supervises the adaptation of Voivod’s music into a retro-game format.
Denis Bélanger (Snake) provides the voice of the protagonist.
Dominic Laroche (Rocky) playtests and provides gameplay feedback.
