The combat feels very similar to a mix of Mega Man and bullet-hell styles. As you explore the world around you more, you're able to uncover over 100 different modifications for your weapons, giving you nearly unlimited combinations for blasting your way through anything that stands in your way! Also as a side note, the soundtrack is brilliant, so odds are you'll be banging your head to each area's track along the way!
