REPLACED

About This Game

An Unforgettable Narrative Adventure

Face the consequences of the Phoenix Corporation's actions through the eyes of its own creation, R.E.A.C.H.—an artificial intelligence trapped in a human body. Navigate a world steeped in corruption, where body parts are traded like currency and humanity withers with every transplanted organ. Confront the Corporation—and the truth behind your creation.

Retro-Futurism Reimagined

The world of REPLACED is brought to life through a signature 2.5D style: best in class pixel art enhanced by modern depth-of-field, lighting, and cinematic visual effects. Combined with a moody, synth-driven soundtrack, REPLACED delivers a thick, immersive atmosphere that pulls you into a fractured timeline where everything that could have gone wrong, did go wrong.

Can an AI become human?

Every character R.E.A.C.H. meets, every story told, and every Phoenix Corporation agenda exposed raises a question: what defines us as human?

Find your own answers exploring the world of the Disposals—the outcasts of Phoenix-City—filled with gray morality, unexpected twists, and raw emotions.
