WARDOGS - THE ARMA / BATTLEFIELD KILLER
Early Access This September

WARDOGS by Bulkhead: The Battlefield/Arma Hybrid I’ve Been Waiting For
I’ve gamed my entire life. I’ve played almost every genre, owned every major platform, and a handful of titles still sit in a special place in my heart: the original Medal of Honor games, Battlefield, Arma, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (and the ones that came before it).
WARDOGS is next.
I was lucky enough to get into the Alpha Playtest, and I absolutely loved it. It nails that classic Battlefield combined-arms feel while carrying the tactical freedom of Arma, then throws in a three-team (1v1v1) King of the Hill-style mode that somehow makes everything better.
It scratched the exact same itch I used to get from those old FiveM-style King of the Hill servers — the ones where you geared up, spawned vehicles, helicopters, earned money, and spent it however you wanted. In WARDOGS you can grab a helicopter and basically print cash by ferrying teammates into the fight. (Yes, my controller froze mid-flight and I planted a fully loaded chopper into the dirt. We’re not talking about that.)
The freedom is real. You can be a pilot, tank driver, artillery operator, truck driver, sniper, medic, assault, or even Bob the Builder fortifying a tower with actual construction tools. The game doesn’t force a single playstyle — it just hands you a sandbox and says “go make yourself useful.”
By the end of the playtest I was already dreading the wait for release. Then Bulkhead announced Early Access for September 10, 2026 at $39.99.
I fully expected a $70 price tag based on the quality and scale I played. Instead they dropped it at under forty bucks.
Shut up and take my money, Bulkhead..
WARDOGS is a TACTICAL ALL OUT WARFARE FPS where one hundred players split across three teams fight over the control zone. Set in the derelict industrial mountains of Eastern Europe on a destructible battlefield where teamwork pays and cash is king.
