Avatar Brings Bending Arts To Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds
The roster keeps growing!
Yes, every fictional character known to man is coming to Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. Okay, maybe not all, but a lot of them! Some players now refer to the game as the Fortnite of racing games, though for me CrossWorlds actually has deep gameplay mechanics instead of being a skin shop, but I digress. (I joke, Fortnite fans :). One of the most appealing features of CrossWorlds has been the number of guest characters that have joined the roster. From other SEGA characters like Goro Majima and Persona’s Joker, to characters from other franchises such as SpongeBob and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Race across land, sea, air, space, and time in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds! Warp through Travel Rings into new dimensions where something new awaits around every twist and turn.
New characters arrive in two ways: free and DLC. Free characters are single racers who bring their own vehicle and a few other features. DLC characters, however, can bring more than one character in one pack, vehicles, tracks, and more. This is the case with the latest release, the Avatar Legends Pack. This pack brings the iconic characters Aang and Katara into the Sonic Racing world. The pack includes the following features:
- Aang and Katara as playable characters
- The Gliding Air Vehicle
- Lion Turtle Island Course
- New Avatar Legends-inspired Music Tracks:
- Lion Turtle Island: Intro
- Jukebox Only
- Lion Turtle Island
- Lion Turtle Island: Final Lap
- Avatar Legends: Character Select
- Jukebox Only
- Avatar Legends: Results
- Jukebox Only
- Lion Turtle Island: Intro
Additionally, from Thursday, October 15, to Sunday, October 18, players can jump into the Avatar Legends festival to earn festival points and unlock decals, gadgets, and more. Players who own the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Digital Deluxe Edition will receive this pack as part of the Season Pass. The full Season Pass is also available separately for $29.99 USD, and the Avatar Pack can be purchased individually for $5.99 USD. Players who do not own the Pack, though, can still experience it online against those who do, including racing on the Lion Turtle Island course against the Avatar Legends characters.
